Are you a garden member? Please create your account once by clicking the button in the top right corner in order to receive your discounts. The email will need to match what we have on file to tie to your membership record. After creating your account, please sign in for all subsequent transactions (your email will appear in the upper right when signed in).

Please use the member adult and member child fields to reserve tickets. Use the plus one field for your guest if you have that upgrade. Though a price is displayed on member products, discounts for tickets and programs will be applied in the cart based on your current level of membership (only when signed in).


***Please note that there will be no garden tram tour service on September 14, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please click the "Other Dates" and "Other Times" links above to secure a ticket for your garden visit. Timed tickets are for an arrival time slot (on dates when timed tickets may be required). Other than the garden's closing time, there is not a limit to the length of your garden visit. Admission tickets may also be purchased at the front desk upon arrival. Tickets for narrated tram tours may be purchased at the front desk, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

*Alex Heveri's Glass in Flight 2 is open through October 15, 2023 

The cafe is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and J's Coffee is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily (please note that no offsite food is allowed onsite).

The garden closes at 5 p.m. Any reservations made after 3:45 p.m. should expect an abbreviated visit. 

Members will need to present their membership card and valid ID at the front desk along with their barcode. Please note that membership is not transferable and that the number of tickets you are able to obtain is commensurate with your membership level. 


Please make sure to arrive on the correct date and time and be ready to show your barcode to the front desk attendant. Please note that all ticket sales are final and no refunds are offered. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to move tickets to another date. Tickets expire after their assigned date and all unused tickets are considered a donation to the garden's mission. Thank you for supporting your public garden. 


Admission Pricing: Member discounts are applied after products are added to the cart (you must be signed in to receive discounts). If discounts do not properly calculate, PLEASE DO NOT PROCESS YOUR TRANSACTION. Please contact us at (402) 346-4002, ext. 201/214 for assistance OR show your membership card to gain entry at the front desk during regular, daytime hours, as timed tickets are not required.
