The email will need to match what we have on file to tie to your membership record. After creating your account, please sign in for all subsequent transactions (your email will appear in the upper right when signed in).
Please use the member adult and member child fields to purchase reserve tickets. Use the plus one field for your guest if you have that upgrade. Though a price is displayed on member products, discounts for tickets and programs will be applied in the cart based on your current level of membership (only when signed in).

For daytime visits, timed tickets are recommended (but not required) for guests, regardless of age, and may be secured in advance of a garden visit. Timed tickets are for an arrival time slot, but there is not a limit to the length of your garden visit. Tickets are also available for purchase at the front desk, but may be limited during special events.
*Our spring exhibit, Washed Ashore, opens on January 20, 2023 at 9 a.m.
The cafe is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and J's Coffee is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (please note that no offsite food is allowed onsite).
Members reserving tickets will need to present their membership card and valid ID at the front desk. Please note that membership is not transferable and that the number of tickets you are able to purchase is commensurate with your membership level.
If you have complimentary pass, you no longer need to obtain a timed ticket. Please present your physical pass to the front desk on the day of your visit.
Please make sure to arrive on the correct date and time and be ready to show your barcode to the front desk attendant.
