Beginning on Monday, June 1, 2020, Lauritzen Gardens will be opening our garden to the public. Admittance to the garden will be by timed ticket and every member of your party, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All timed tickets must be purchased online in advance of your arrival. In order to comply with crowd size limitation, no tickets will be available for purchase on-site.
This non-refundable ticket admits the bearer to the outside gardens only. The visitor and education center, gift shop, café, conservatory and indoor restrooms will remain closed. Porta-potties will be available in the parking lot and in the garden for patron use. Tram service will also be suspended.
Garden hours will be limited to 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last timed ticket will be for 3:45 p.m.) so our staff can comply with increased sanitation procedures.
Guests will be encouraged to follow CDC recommendations and practice social distancing while they visit our facility. We are requiring masks on all guests inside our visitor and education center, and recommending masks outdoors when in contact with other visitors.
Members purchasing tickets will be expected to present their membership card and valid ID to verify their eligibility for member pricing on tickets. Please note that the number of tickets you are able to purchase is commensurate with your membership level.
If you are using a complimentary pass, please be sure to bring your pass along with your receipt on the day of your visit.
When you arrive, please check in at the Bancroft Street gate and then have your tickets and cards out and ready to show the front desk attendant. Please make sure to arrive on the correct date and time.
