Join us for Botanical Book Club!
We will be reading Vanishing Treasures: A Bestiary of Extraordinary Endangered Creatures by Katherine Rundell.
Each registration includes one copy of the book, handed out at the first meeting. We will meet together on the following dates for discussion:
Wednesday March 12th 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Intro Discussion and Handout Books)
Wednesday March 26th 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (First reading assignment)
Wednesday April 9th 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Second reading assignment)
*Classes will be moved to Zoom in cases of severe weather. Students will be notified via email of any course changes.

Pre-registration is required. Each registration is for one individual 16 years and older.

We will be reading Meadowland by John Lewis-Stempel. This book club is inspired by Opera Omaha’s upcoming performance of Fantastic Mr. Fox in June 2025 at Lauritzen Gardens. Along with each of the book club dates, we will join an Opera in Conversation talk at the Joslyn Castle that will discuss all things foxes on May 27th.
