This 90-minute class is beginner friendly and also welcoming to more advanced Yoga practitioners who seek a peaceful practice in a lovely setting. Bring whatever props (i.e., pillow, mat, cork blocks, bolster, eye-mask, blanket) that you feel are necessary in making your practice the most comfortable it can possibly be. Or if you prefer a prop-free practice or to practice Yoga barefoot in the garden for grounding purposes, that is perfectly well. We will always begin this class with a comforting centering practice, followed by light and gentle movement. After taking the body through a series of Yoga postures, you will then lie on the back for an extended guided relaxation. We will finish our practice with a seated meditation. 

$15, $10 for garden members.
