Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that combines deep stretching and relaxation. This more meditative practice helps to lengthen ligaments, soften joins, and improve flexibility. Connect with nature and yourself in these yin yoga sessions for all levels, led by Suzanne Wright. Please bring a mat or towel. $15, $10 garden members.
