Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that combines deep stretching and relaxation. This more meditative practice helps to lengthen ligaments, soften joints, and improve flexibility. Please bring your own mat or towel. Class will be held outdoors if weather permits. $15 for non-members/$10 for members.
