Welcome to Boarding School!
Instructed by a professional from Best of Omaha winner Artisan Boards of Omaha, in this class you will learn the basics of cheese selection, how to fold meat, make a meat rose, and learn about the different variety of cheeses as well as fun tidbits about charcuterie. You will be guided step by step as you create your own board to take home and enjoy (one board per registered 2 people)! We hope you leave with the knowledge and confidence to create and design your own board. A custom-designed board will be provided for everyone to sample from. Join us for a great adventure in the world of charcuterie!
$100, $85 for garden members. Each registration is for two individuals 16 years and older.
Pre-registration is required one week in advance of the class.
