Join us for Botanical Book Club!

We will be reading Lab Girl by Hope Jahren. This autobiography and memoir tell all about the life of scientist Hope Jahren. As she shares her life experiences, Jahren gives us the exciting details of her scientific work and adventures of love and friendship.

Each registration includes one copy of the book, handed out at the first meeting. We will meet together on the following dates for discussion:

• May 15th 6:00pm.-7:00p.m. Introductions

• May 29th 6:00pm.-7:30p.m. Part 1: Roots and Leaves

• June 12th 6:00pm.-7:30p.m. Part 2: Woods and Knots

• June 26th 6:00pm.-7:30p.m. Part 3: Flowers and Fruit

*Classes will be moved to Zoom in cases of severe weather. Students will be notified via email of any course changes.

Pre-registration is required one week in advance of the course. Each registration is for one individual 16 years and older.
